中等亮度原纸制造高亮度铜版纸的研究

摘　　要：以中等亮度原纸为基材,通过优化涂料配方,调整颜料配比、涂布量和胶黏剂等参数,制得高亮度铜版纸,并对成纸亮度、光泽度、粗糙度和表面强度等性能进行分析评价。实验结果显示:当底涂层和面涂层中的颜料配比(研磨碳酸钙比高岭土)均为80/20,总涂布量为(30±2)g·m-2,即底涂和面涂各为(15±1)g·m-2,生物胶乳以1:1的取代比例分别替代底涂层和面涂层中3份羧基丁苯胶乳时,成纸亮度、光泽度、印刷光泽度及干拉毛速度均可达到亚光型铜版纸一等品的国家标准(GB/T 10335.1-2005)要求;研究还发现二次涂布纸的光泽度与粗糙度之间不存在反相关性,同时还分析了生物胶乳在面涂中应用的可能性。A preliminary feasibility study on high brightness coated paper made from base paper of medium brightness was clone by modifying coating color formulations such as pigment ration, coating weight, binders. Coated paper properties including brightness, gloss, print gloss, roughness, surface strength were evaluated. And the coating formulation was optimized on the basis of its original. The results showed that pre-coating and top-coating were added in 80/20 blending ratio of GCC and Clay, with 3 pph latex substituted for bio-latex. And then, when medium brightness base paper was coated at coat weight of （30±2） g·m^-2, i.e. each coat weight of （15±1） g·m^-2, all the above properties meet the requirement of grade one matt coated paper type national standard （GB/T 10335.1-2005）. Furthermore, the results also showed that double coated paper gloss did not have a negative correlation with roughness, and bio-latex can be a good alternative for synthetic latex in top-coating.
