摘  要:为改善以二次纤维为主要原料的薄页纸的抄造性能和成纸强度,对脱墨浆(DIP)和漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP)的黏状打浆特性、提高NBKP配抄比例的效果进行了研究。结果表明:打浆对NBKP和DIP的纤维形态、滤水性能、湿纸幅初始湿抗张指数均有较大的影响;当NBKP和DIP的打浆度分别约为(60±2)°SR和(55±2)°SR,DIP和NBKP的配比为80:20和60:40时,薄页纸的物理强度分别可达到薄页纸国家标准合格品和一等品的要求。This paper studied the beating characteristics of deinked pulp (DIP) and needle bleached Kraft pulp (NBKP), and the effects of blenching proportion of NBKP, for improving the papermaking performance and strength of the tissue paper using secondary fiber as the main raw material. The result has shown that beating has a great influence on fiber morphology, drainage performance and the initial wet tensile index of NBKP and DIP. With the beating degree of NBKP and DIP respectively about (60±2)°SR and (55±2)°SR, DIP and NBKP ratio 80:20 and 60:40, the physical strength of tissue paper has been up to the national standards, respectively, for qualified and first-rate products.
