摘  要:以自燃煤矸石、矿渣和粉煤灰为硅铝成分的主要来源,制备自燃煤矸石-矿渣-粉煤灰地质聚合物,重点研究了激发剂的陈化时间、固液混料的搅拌时间、振捣方式、养护温度、养护时间和养护方式等工艺参数对地质聚合物胶砂强度的影响。结果表明,当自燃煤矸石∶矿渣∶粉煤灰为5∶3∶2,硅酸钠:氢氧化钾为3.3∶1,且激发剂掺量为17%时,若采用优化的工艺条件,即激发剂陈化时间24 h、按ISO胶砂搅拌机全自动搅拌、按GB胶砂振动台振捣,试件脱模后在40℃养护箱中养护6 h再标准养护,可以制备出满足硅酸盐水泥42.5R强度等级的地质聚合物。Using the spontaneous combustion gangue, slag and fly-ash as the main source of silicon and aluminum components to prepare the spontaneous combustion gangue-slag-flyash-based geopolymer material, we focused on study the effect of aging time of activator, mixing time of solid-liquid, vibration mode, cuing temperature, cuing time and cuing method on mortar strengths of geopolymer material. The result shows that when the proportion of spontaneous combustion gangue, slag and fly ash is 5: 3: 2, the proportion of sodium silicate and potassium hydroxide is 3.3 " 1, and the mixing amount of activator is 17%, if using the optimizing process condition, i.e. , activator aged for 24 h, automatic mixed by ISO mortar mixer, and vibrated by GB mortar vibrating table, the stripped specimens cured for 6 h in 40 ℃ environment, and then standard cured, the geopolymer material whose mortar strength meets 42. 5R grade of Portland cement can he prepared.
