摘　　要：在现代医学已由"生物医学模式"开始向"生物-心理-社会医学模式"转变的大背景下,民众期望得到更加人性化、专业化的医疗服务,军队医院在做好为军民服务的同时,需要不断创新管理理念,探索适合现代化环境下军队医院发展的人文管理机制,而医务社工制度的引入与发展很好地回应了这一现实与迫切需求。本文重点分析某综合型军队医院探索医务社会工作发展模式,并确立五个优先工作领域,优化医院服务细节等问题,阐述其管理改革创新的若干思路与实施方略。The people anticipate to receiving more humanitarian and professional medical service , espe-cially the modern medical model has been shifted to the “bio-psycho-social medical model”.To adapt to this trend, we should renew the management ideas and management mechanism .The social work service mode will hit this require.In this paper , the management mode of social work service was introduced from five prioritized work -ing areas.Meanwhile , the relative management measures were discussed in detail .
