摘　　要：多学科协作(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)已成为国际医学领域的重要医学模式,国内大医院都在开设各具特点的多学科联合门诊。本院通过明确责任、优化流程和延伸服务等手段做好联合门诊服务工作,持续提高门诊医疗服务质量,让患者尽早得到确定性治疗。综合性医院开展多学科协作势在必行,明确出诊规章、持之以恒开展是做大联合门诊的基础,聚焦优势学科、拓展服务内涵是做精联合门诊的关键。The multidisciplinary collaboration （multi -disciplinary team, MDT） has become an impor-tant international medical service model , which also has been applied in domestic big hospitals .With the support of clearing responsibility , optimizing the service process and outreaching the services , the joint outpatient service has been applied in our hospital .With this work model , we can improve the service quality of outpatient , and make pa-tients get certainty treatment as soon as possible .At present , for the comprehensive hospitals , to apply multidisci-plinary collaboration is imperative .To clear the rules and provide services consistently are the foundation , and to focus on advantage disciplines and expand the connotation of the service is the keys to operate the joint outpatient service .
