摘　　要：从当前综合性医院突发事件医疗救援面临的形势和任务出发,结合组织参与多次应急医疗救援的实践和思考,配合文献查询和专家咨询,构建了包括"应急指挥系统、应急响应方式、应急物资供应"三个模块的综合性医院突发事件应急响应体系基本框架,并探讨该应急响应体系的策略特色和实施要点。To start with the current situation and task of emergency medical response in the general hospi -tal, and combined with organization and participation of multi -times emergency medical rescue practices and con-sideration along with the literature review and expert consulting , a basic framework of the emergency response for general hospital was constructed , which included three modules as the emergency command system , the emergency response method and emergency physical supply .Then the strategies and key point of to implement this emergency response system were also discussed .
