摘　　要：本文通过对某军区总医院住院军人医疗服务需求进行调查,分析军人医疗服务需求的变化和明显超出卫生资源保障能力的需求。从微观层面上,针对保障对象和医疗机构之间的供需关系,利用系统分析及回顾性研究等方法,对军人医疗服务需求的均衡性和需求变化的总体趋势进行分析,查找问题,提出对策,为科学决策提供依据。The medical demands of military patients in a hospital were investigated , the change of the de-mands and those beyond the military support contents were analyzed .In view of the security relations between the patients and the hospital , the equilibrium between military patients＆#39;medical demands and the hospitals was ana-lyzed by system analysis and retrospective study .Then the trends of changes of medical demands were analyzed , the countermeasures were proposed .
