手术物品整理箱在手术室护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨采用手术物品整理箱规范管理手术室不同类型手术物品,提高护理管理效率。方法手术室中将不同类型手术物品分类放置在整理箱中,并附物品汇总清点表。护士负责检查并补充当天使用过的整理箱,同时将物品消耗情况录入Excel表格,实时了解库房物品消耗动态,及时补充请领。采用自行设计的调查问卷对手术室全体护士进行应用效果调研,了解护理人员对该方法应用的满意度。结果护理人员在准备手术使用物品中消耗的时间由原先的(9.16±1.19)min/台缩短为(2.86±2.34)min/台,83.39%的护士对手术物品整理箱的总体使用效果满意,其中取用非常便捷、缩短了手术备物的时间、让手术物品间更加整洁有序是排在前三位的优点。结论使用手术物品整理箱对手术需要物品进行归类管理,是一个高效、便捷的管理形式,值得推广。Objective The purpose was to discuss the usages of operation items boxes to standardize the management of different types of operation items and materials used during surgeries in the operating theater （ OT） , and to improve OT nurses＆#39;work efficiency .Methods Operation items boxes were used to store different types of surgical materials , along with a checklist of items inventory .The charge nurses were of responsible for checking and replenishing the items in boxes daily , to ensure all operation items be ready for the next day;meantime , the data of items＆#39;consumption were entered into Excellsheets to analyze the consumption operation items in real -time, which was helpful to replenish the items in time .After a three-months pilot , a satisfaction survey was conducted in the nurses with a self-designed questionnaire to understand the effectiveness of this kind of box applied in the OT . Results The operation items＆#39;preparation time for nurses was shortened from 9.16 ±1.19 min to 2.86 ±2.34 min per patient, 83.39%of nurses were satisfied with the use of operation items box .The convenience, saving time of OT nurse, and more tidy of storage place , were the top three advantages .Conclusion The use of operation items boxes to manage different classifications of surgical operation items , is an efficient and convenient approach of OT nursing management , which is worth further being promoted .
