某疗养院护理论文发表情况分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析2010—2013年某疗养院护理论文的现状,探讨有效的护理科研措施。方法以疗养院2010年1月—2013年12月外投及刊登的护理论文为研究对象,分析各年度及不同职称护理人员论文外投刊登的数质量。结果共外投护理论文164篇,刊登132篇,刊登率为80.5%;论文刊登以二级杂志为主,且以临床护理类论文居多;高级职称护理人员外投及刊登论文数质量高于初中级人员。结论疗养院护理论文的数质量整体不高,需加大护理科研训练力度,深入挖掘疗养护理内涵,加强与期刊杂志社的沟通交流。Objective To explore the effective measures for nursing research management, through analy-zing of the publish status of nursing thesis of a sanatorium in 2010 to 2013. Methods The nursing papers were se-lected as the research object, which were published or submitted to foreign journal from 1st of January, 2010 to 31 st of December, 2013. The quantity and quality of the papers were analyzed. Results In recent four years, the number of the papers submitted to foreign journal was 164, and 132 were published, the publish rate was 80. 5%. Papers is prior published in the secondary journals, and the majority contents were clinical nursing; The quantity and quality of the papers were better in the senior title professional nurses. Conclusion The general quantity and quality of nursing research are not satisfied, which need to be increased. We should improve the research training of nurses, and strengthen communication with periodical publishers.
