摘　　要：随着医学继续教育工作的全面铺开,军队医院医学继续教育学分制管理在实施过程中暴露出很多问题,如领导重视不够、人员认识不清、医院编制不足、内容设置不科学、考核监督机制不完善等;针对以上问题,本文就搞好继续教育学分制管理,提高医疗技术水平提出相应的对策和建议。With the expanding of continuing medical education ,army hospitals are confronted with many problems in the implementation of it ,such as inadequate attention of leadership ,unclear understanding of personnel , a lack of hospital preparation , unscientific content settings , imperfect assessment supervision and so on .In view of the above problems , some corresponding measures were put forward about how to promote continuing education credit management system .
