摘　　要：新医改条件下医院管理模式面临新的变化,军队医院必须加强运营管理,强化成本控制,抓好资产管理,健全内控制度,以实现医院经营目标,确保军事效益、经济效益和社会效益得到可持续发展。The new health system reform has brought new changes for the hospital management , thus the measures should be taken as strengthening the operation management and cost control , accomplishing asset manage-ment and financial system , to achieve sustainable development of the military benefit , economic benefit and social benefit.
