摘　　要：现场级维修辅助装置体积小,操作灵活,便于携带,是一种常用的装备维修设备;针对某搜索雷达进行了现场级维修辅助装置的硬件和软件设计,以军用加固计算机为主控平台,集成具有USB总线接口的高精度万用表和数字示波器模块,并研制了信号源模块;利用虚拟仪器软件开发响应的测试软件,并导入多信号模型生成的故障诊断策略,具有很高的故障检测率和隔离率;目前已经成功应用于某搜索雷达的现场级维修。On-site maintenance of auxiliary device is small in size,flexible operation,easy to carry.Is a kind of commonly used equipment maintenance equipment.It is carries out in the radar level maintenance equipment for hardware and software design.To military reinforced computer as the master control platform,Integrated with the USB bus interface precision multi-meter and digital oscilloscope module,And the signal source module is developed.Based on the virtual instrument software develops test software.And import the multi-signal model generation of fault diagnosis strategy,has the very high rates of fault detection and isolation.Has been successfully applied in a search radar on-site maintenance,the maintenance support has played a positive role in the radar.
