海带渣降解液中糠醛类物质的去除及对乙醇产率影响分析

摘  要:利用色谱检测以及葡萄糖溶液模拟发酵,确定了稀酸预处理后海带渣纤维素酶酶解所得糖液中糠醛(2-F)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的含量及其对酵母发酵产乙醇的影响。数据分析结果表明,酶解糖液中的2-F和5-HMF浓度分别为132.4 mg/L和158.5 mg/L,其中2-F对发酵有微弱的促进作用,5-HMF使乙醇产率下降8%。通过蒸发、吸附、萃取、碱化等方法对酶解糖液进行脱毒处理,对比脱毒前后发酵情况发现,Ca(OH)2碱化处理对2-F和5-HMF的去除率分别达到94.4%和77.7%。发酵还原糖乙醇转化率提高14.6%,产率提高10.9%。By using chromatographic detection and simulation experiment with glucose solution, we determine the concentrations of furfural and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in eellulase enzymatic hy- drolysate of kelp residue that pretreated by dilute acids, and the influence of the two materials on the yeast fermentation to produce alcohol. The results showed that the concentrations of furfural and 5 - hy- droxymethylfurfural in the cellulase enzymatic hydrolysate were 132.4 mg/L and 158.5 mg/L ,however, the furfural could promote the fermentation slightly hut the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural fell ethanol pro- duction rate by 8%. In addition, through several detoxification methods that included evaporation, ad- sorption, extraction, basification act on cellulase enzymatic hydrolysate, comparing the fermentation re- sult of detoxificating or not, we found the basification of Ca (OH)2 could remove 94.4% of furfural and 77.7% of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural. The conversion rate of reducing sugar to ethanol enhanced 14.6% and the yield enhanced 10.9%.
