延续护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者生活质量和疗效的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究延续护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者的生活质量和疗效的影响。方法选取本院肾内科收治的肾衰竭患者52例随机分为2组,对照组26例予常规护理,即监测患者的生命体征、按时无误地执行医嘱、了解患者饮食及出行情况,实验组26例在常规护理的基础上给予延续护理模式。延续护理半年后,对比2组患者治疗后自评量表(SCL-90)评分、生活质量评分及临床疗效。结果实验组SCL-90评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组临床疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用延续护理模式使用在肾衰竭血液透析患者中能够明显提高患者的生活质量,改善临床疗效,对临床具有指导意义,值得在临床推广。Objective To study effect of continued nursing on quality of life and curative effect in renal failure patients with hemodialysis. Methods 52 patients with renal failure were admitted in our hospital and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. 26 cases in the control group were conducted with conventional nursing including monitoring the patient＇ s vital signs,executing the doctor＇s advice,knowing of the patient＇s diet. Experimental group with 26 cases received continued nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. After six months of continued nursing,SCL-90 score,quality of life score and clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The self-assessment scale（SCL-90） score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; And the clinical curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The application of the continued nursing in renal failure patients with hemodialysis can significantly improve the life quality of patients and clinical curative effect,so it is of clinical significant.
