龙血竭联合溃疡贴治疗高龄患者Ⅳ度失禁性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨龙血竭联合溃疡贴治疗高龄患者大便失禁引起的失禁性皮炎的疗效。方法将64例Ⅳ度失禁性皮炎的高龄患者随机分为2组,每组各32例,2组均积极治疗原发病,控制大便失禁,加强基础护理。观察组采用龙血竭胶囊粉末和溃疡贴外敷,对照组用溃疡贴外敷。对2组治疗后的创面出现新生肉芽的时间、愈合时间、换药次数、创面治疗费用进行对比。结果观察组创面出现肉芽组织时间及愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组换药次数及治疗费用均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙血竭联合溃疡贴外用换药能有效治疗高龄患者的失禁性皮炎,缩短治疗时间,减少换药次数,降低患者治疗费用,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的生活质量,减轻护士工作量。Objective To explore effect of Longxuejie along with ulcer sticking therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with Ⅳ incontinent dermatitis. Methods 64 Ⅳdegree incontinent dermatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each. Primary disease of patients in the two groups was all treated,fecal incontinence was controlled and basic care was strengthened.Observation group used external treatment of Longxuejie capsule powder and ulcer paste. The control group was treated with ulcer gels. The healing time,formation time of new granulation tissues,switching frequency,wound treatment was compared. Results Formation time of new granulation tissues and the healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The switching frequency and cost of treatment in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Longxuejie combined with ulcer paste topical treatment can effectively treat patients with incontinent dermatitis,shorten the treatment time,reduce the switching frequency,reduce the cost of treatment. And it could ease patients＇ pain and improve the life quality of patients and reduce workload of the nurses.
