胃癌术后颈内静脉置管常见并发症的预见性护理

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理对胃癌术后颈内静脉置管常见并发症的影响。方法将100例胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用传统的护理方法,观察组进行预见性护理。比较2组患者深静脉置管后导管脱落、导管堵塞、静脉血栓、局部渗血及导管相关感染的发生率。结果观察组导管脱落、导管堵塞、静脉血栓、局部渗血及导管相关感染的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能降低胃癌术后颈内静脉置管的常见并发症的发生率,促进了患者术后病情的恢复,减轻了患者的痛苦。Objective To explore the effects of predictive nursing for internal jugular vein cathetering after surgery of gastric cancer. Methods 100 patients with gastric cancer were equally divided into obstruction group and control group. The control group used the traditional nursing method while the obstruction group used the foreseeable nursing. The incidence rate of catheter shedding,catheter jam,venous thrombosis,local bleeding and related infections of catheter after internal jugular vein cathetering were compared in the two groups. Results All the incidence rate of obstruction group about catheter shedding,catheter jam,venous thrombosis,local bleeding and the infections of catheter related was lower than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing can reduce the incidence rates of common complications of internal jugular vein cathetering after surgical treatment of gastric cancer patients. Meanwhile,it promotes the recovery of postoperative patients and reduces the pain of the patients.
