快速康复外科在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术围术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者围术期护理中应用的效果。方法回顾分析本科490例经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者的临床资料,其中93例运用快速康复理念进行围术期护理,总结护理经验。结果快速康复外科理念的应用,减少了患者心理和生理的应激反应。结论应用快速康复外科理念对经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者进行围术期护理,有利于减少患者的应激反应、缩短住院日、降低住院费用、促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of the application of the fast track surgery concept in the perioperative nursing of patients accepting endonasal transsphenoidal approach for pituitary tumor resection. Methods The materials of 490 patients accepting transsphenoidal approach for pituitary tumor resection were retrospective analyzed. There were 93 patients applying fast track surgery and nursing experience was summerized. Results The application of the concept of fast track surgery reduced the patient＇s psychological and physiological stress response. Conclusion The application of fast track surgery concept in the perioperative nursing of patients accepting transsphenoidal approach for pituitary tumor resection could reduce the stress response,shorten hospital stay,reduce hospital costs and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
