摘　　要：目的探讨肾性高血压患者首剂应用降压药的临床护理措施和体会。方法回顾性分析本院2012年12月—2014年5月收治的65例肾性高血压患者首剂应用降压药的临床护理资料。结果经过精心治疗与护理,肾性高血压患者的血压有显著改善,头痛、头晕、心悸症状减轻或消失。结论对肾性高血压患者采取积极治疗及护理措施是患者康复的关键,其中护理因素具有重要临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures and experiences of initial application of antihypertensive drug on patients with renal hypertension（RH）. Methods The clinical nursing data of 65 patients with RH who were initially treated with antihypertensive drug from December 2012 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After intensive treatment and nursing,the blood pressure of RH patients was significantly improved and symptoms of headache,vertigo,palpitation were alleviated or even disappeared. Conclusion Positive treatment and nursing measures are critical for RH patients,in which the nursing measure have more important clinical value.
