摘　　要：早产儿贫血的诊治是早产儿管理的重要部分。本文简述了早产儿贫血的定义、发病机制和监测。重点介绍早产儿贫血的治疗,包括红细胞输注、补充铁剂及合理使用重组人促红细胞生成素等。Anemia of prematurity is one of the main problemsof premature infants.This article summarized the definition,pathogenesis,clinical and laboratory features of anemia of pre-maturity,and mainly introduced the treatment,including RBCtransfusion,iron supplementation and usage of erythropoietin（EPO）.
