大型球墨铸铁壳体矫形的研究

摘　　要：针对大型球墨铸铁壳体矫形的诸多难点,采用计算机应力分析模拟技术对壳体矫形进行应力分析。利用分析模拟试验数据,优选工艺方案,逐一模拟出施加载荷的大小、施载位置、加热温度以及升温速度等诸多矫形参数。生产实践表明,壳体铸件矫形一次成功。Aiming at many technical difficulties of shape-righting of large ductile iron housing,shape-righting of housing was analyzed by using stress analysis computer simulation technique.Through analyzing the experimental data and optimizing process scheme,many shape-righting parameters as the magnitude and position of loading,heating-up temperature and speed were simulated respectively.The production practice shows that the shape-righting of housing casting was successfully carried out at the first trial production.
