摘 要:为了提高液压挖掘机系统的操控性和稳定性,采用与负载压力无关的流量分配(LUDV)系统。以7t挖掘机试验样机为研究对象,分析LUDV系统的结构原理和特点,建立在Adams和AMESim平台上的挖掘机联合仿真模型。模型包括负载敏感泵、多路阀、液压缸及Controls模块。通过挖掘机单动作、复合动作,仿真与试验分析LUDV系统的稳定性和响应性。结果表明:仿真与试验结果一致,验证仿真模型的准确性,仿真模型可用于进一步理论研究。In order to obtain an advanced operation performance and an improved energy efficiency of hydraulic systems in excavators, LUDV systems were introduced. The principle and characteristics of LUDV systems based on load-sensing (LS) multi-way valve were analyzed based on the experimental prototype of 7 t excavator. A co-simulation model was built based on AMESim and Adams. The model includes a load sensing pump, multi-way valve, hydraulic cylinder and Controls module. The stability and response performance of LUDV system were investigated with the compound and typical excavating actions experimentally. The simulated results are in accordance with the experimental results. It shows that the model is correct.
