摘  要:为了更好地解决风化小片残膜难回收和残膜与土杂分离及简化脱膜工序实现自动脱膜的问题,通过对国内外残膜回收机具的研究和借鉴,设计了自动脱膜式残膜回收机。同时,阐述了该机具的总体结构、工作原理以及关键工作部件凸轮的设计和运动分析,确定凸轮轮廓曲线轨迹、参数选取范围和建立轮廓线方程。理论分析和试验表明:该机具能够实现自动脱膜,简化了脱膜工序和难度;能够捡拾地表及80mm耕层内的残膜,提高了工作效率;残膜回收率88%左右,捡拾特性和经济效益俱佳。In order to better solve the difficulty of residual film recycle and the problem that residual film is peeled off au-tomatically , which includes separation between residual film and sundries , as well as simplification of peeling process . Designed the automatic residual film recycling machine based on the research and reference of the residual film recycling machines at home and abroad .This paper expounded the general structure , the working principle of the machine .It also stated the CAM design and motion analysis of key working parts , determined the curve track of the CAM contour and the scope of Parameters selection , besides contour equation is established .Through theoretical analysis and experiment , the machine could realize automatic peeling film , simplify the working process and difficulty , could pick up residual film of surface and 80 mm within the top layer ,improve the efficiency of the machine .The rate of residual film recycle is about 88%, picking feature and economic benefits are good .
