摘  要:针对现有马铃薯播种机械漏播和重播等问题,研究设计出一种马铃薯播种施肥联合作业机,可一次性完成开沟、施肥、播种、覆土、起垄、覆膜等作业。该机采用独特的手指状取种播种机构,使漏播率和重播率降低;使用了旋耕起垄装置,种沟均匀覆土的同时能够完成起垄作业,大大提高了作业效率和质量。该机具无论播种质量(包括株行距、漏重播率、起垄覆土、覆膜等),还是作业效率,均能达到行业相关标准要求。田间试验表明,该马铃薯联合作业机具的平均漏播率为0.91%,平均重播率为1.17%,平均株距偏移率为7.28%。In view of the high rates of leakage sowing and reseeding of potato planter , a small combined potato planter was designed which can complete the work of ditching , fertilizing , seeding , soil covering , ridging , film and other opera-tions in once performance .The machine adopts unique finger like seed sowing mechanism , so that the rates of leakage sowing and reseeding were reduced;a kind of rotary ridging device was designed which can cove soil on the seeds and can complete the work of ridging operation at the same time , so the work efficiency and quality were greatly improved . The results of field experiments showed that , the machine can achieve the industry standard requirements regardless of the seeding quality, including seeds distance, leakage rate, soil covering, ridge forming ,filming and work efficiency.The average leakage rate is 0 .91%, the average reseeding rate is 1 .17%, the average distance migration rate is 7 .28%.
