摘  要:秸秆固化成型技术可将农村松散的秸秆压缩成致密的、可替代煤的优质燃料,对于改善农村生活质量、保护农业生态环境、增加农民收入和促进农业可持续发展具有重要的意义。五柱塞式秸秆燃料成型机是在三柱塞式的基础上进一步升级改造,相对其他工艺具有生产效率高、产品密度大、工作更稳定等优点。为此,主要针对五柱塞秸秆成型系统进行仿真分析,利用SolidWorks软件建立模型,通过ANSYS有限元软件对秸秆压缩成型过程进行计算机模拟,进一步比较分析模具锥形孔对秸秆挤压成型影响,最终得到当锥形孔角度为15°时秸秆压缩成型效果较好的结论。The technology of converting agricultural waste into straw densification briquetting of high -grade and high den-sity has been lucubrated .It can improve rural living conditions , protect agricultural ecological environment , increase boorish income and promote agricultural sustainable development .Straw Fuel Briquetting Machine by five bar pistons base on Straw Fuel Briquetting Machine by three bar pistons which is made upgrading and rebuilding .not only It has higher production efficiency and Product density than another technology , but it has more Stable operation and so on .This arti-cle mainly makes Simulation analysis for Straw Fuel Briquetting Machine by five bar pistons .It is content two parts .Using SolidWorks software to build a model , making a computer simulation to simulating the process of Straw compression molding by using anasys software .Compareing influence of different mould ’ s bell mouth for Straw compression molding to move forward a single step .Finally ,the Straw compression molding is the best when the mould ’ s bell mouth is 15 °.
