摘 要:承力索用于链形接触悬挂,位于接触线的上方,通过吊弦将接触线悬挂起来。由于短路接地、主导电回路不畅、雷击、线索交叉互磨、补偿装置卡滞及腐蚀等原因,常出现承力索断股、断线的现象。文章以高速铁路上常用的JTMH-120承力索为例,利用数理解析对工程速算法得出的JTMH-120承力索的最大断股数进行校验,进而验证利用工程速算法得出的接触网中常用的9类承力索最大断股数的数据是有效的。依靠所得数据,参照原铁道部关于承力索补强的技术标准,结合运营维护经验,综合多年普速铁路承力索的断股补强、重接案例,提出了一种维修措施处理高速铁路承力索断5股以上的情况。该措施在管内线路上运用,取得了良好的效果。这种维修措施补充已有的承力索断股维修措施,为接触网的检修工作提供有益的指导。The catenary cable is nsed for system with catenary suspensim. It is above the contact wire and hang it through a hanger. Because of short circuit in grounding, poor return current, lightning and wearing of strands, the breaking of catenary cables occur now and then. Taking JTMH - 120 for example, the method of mathematical analysis is used to check the maximum broken quantity of catenary cables which was calculated by engineering simplified. And then, the data of the maximum broken quantity of nine categories catenary cables using engineering simplified caculation is valid. Based on the data,MOR's technical standards have been studied, the experience of operation and maintenance and the case of catenary reinforcement in railway have been referred. The maintenance is proposed when catenary has been found damaged in high-speed railways. This maintenance has achieved good results in managed railway. The existing catenary maintenance measures are completed to provide useful guidance for catenary maintenance work.
