摘　　要：盆腔器官脱垂患者接受盆底手术后,可出现多种常见并发症,一般并发症如出血和血肿、感染、脏器和神经损伤、深静脉血栓形成等,移植物并发症如补片暴露和侵蚀排异、补片挛缩、术后疼痛等。合理正确的围术期管理和处理,有助于减少盆底手术并发症,提高治疗效果。Pelvic floor reconstructive surgery in patients with pelvic organ prolapse can appear a variety of complications. The common complications include hemorrhage and hematoma, infection, viscera and nerve damage, deep vein thrombosis, etc. The mesh complications include mesh exposure and extrusion, mesh contracture, postoperative pelvic pain,etc. Correct perioperative management could reduce the pelvic surgery complications and improve the effect of treatment.
