摘 要:目的:探讨大学新生所感知的父母工作不安全感对其生活满意感的影响以及父母认同感在两者间的调节作用。方法:以大学新生感知的父母工作不安全感问卷、父母认同感问卷以及生活满意感问卷对某综合性高校2012级新生698人进行施测。结果:大学新生感知的父亲与母亲工作数量不安全感对其生活满意感均具有显著的负向预测作用,但感知的父亲与母亲工作质量不安全感对其生活满意感均不具有显著预测效应;母亲认同感对大学新生的生活满意感具有显著的正向预测作用;母亲认同感在感知的母亲工作数量不安全感与大学新生生活满意感间起到显著的正向调节作用,在感知到的母亲工作质量不安全感与大学新生生活满意感间起到显著的负向调节作用。结论:感知的父亲与母亲的工作数量不安全感都降低了大学新生的生活满意感,但只有母亲认同感起到显著的调节作用。Objective: To explore the characteristics of freshmen's perceived parents' job insecurity and its effects on life satisfaction, in which the moderating effect of identification with parents was also investigated. Methods: Self-developed children perceived Parents' Job Insecurity Questionnaires, Life Satisfaction Questionnaires and identification with parents Questionnaires were administered to the sample consisting of 698 freshmen. Results: The results showed that: the quantitative job insecurity of parents were significant negative predictors of freshmen's life satisfaction; identification with mother was a significant positive predictor of freshmen's life satisfaction; between perceived mother's quantitative job insecurity, as well as qualitative job insecurity, and freshmen's life satisfaction, identification with mother played a moderating role. Conclusion: It is the identification with mother, but not the identification with father, that moderates the relationship between freshmen's perceived parents' job insecurity and life satisfaction.
