血站血液集中化检测的实践与思考

摘　　要：血站血液集中化检测已为世界各国公认的高质量、高效率、低成本的1种献血者筛查模式,并且在发达国家已广泛开展,我国卫生行政部门也正在全面推进此项工作。本文通过对日本、美国以及上海等地在集中化检测的运行和管理模式的介绍,分析在推进集中化检测工作应关注的方面,并对于存在的困难做了思考和总结,以供血站同行参考、借鉴。Centralized Blood Screening（ CBS）,which has been conducted on blood donors in blood stations,has been recognized worldwide as a method of high quality,high efficiency and low cost. Most blood stations in developed countries have adopted CBS. In China,National Health and Family Planning Commission has been planning to promote this project nationwide. This paper briefly introduces the experiences and concerns of the operation and management of CBS in Shanghai,Japan Red Cross and American Red Cross. It also summarizes and reflects on the existent challenges in the work of CBS,while providing references for other blood stations in China to replicate and develop the project.
