摘　　要：患者血液管理(PBM)是近年来提出的新理念,自体输血是PBM中的热点,而术中回收式自体输血(IAT)技术应用最为广泛。在以往国际性指南的基础上,IAT的适应证有了进一步的细化;采用血栓弹力图(TEG)监测凝血指标,有助于预防和纠正凝血异常;自体血液过滤器有助于滤除白细胞和炎症因子等有害成分,减轻肺损伤。IAT相关研究将继续促进输血理念的更新和临床进步。In recent years,patient blood management（ PBM） has been proposed as a new concept,within which,autotransfusion has been a very promising solution. Intraoperative blood salvage has become the most widely- used IAT technique. On the basis of previous international guidelines,the indications of IAT have been refined in more details. The application of thrombelastography（ TEG） monitor may assist to prevent and treat coagulopathy. Autotransfusion filter may remove leukocytes and inflammatory factors and alleviate lung injury. In the near future,relevant research on IAT will continuously improve transfusion principles and update clinical protocols.
