摘　　要：目的探讨本中心现采取的措施,对提高公众对无偿献血事业的认可度和参与性的影响。方法中心为献血者提供医院＂用血一站式报销＂服务、＂爱心传递卡＂传递服务,并进行了献血服务第三方满意度调查,通过问卷调查的形式,采集所需数据。结果 2012年11月-2014年7月,一站式报销总人次777人次,总金额393559元。2013年,中心共回收125份有效的调查问卷。结论为献血者提供让其满意为基础、感动为目标的服务,是实现无偿献血健康、稳定、持续发展的关键。Objective To explore the effects of new initiatives of Nanjing Red Cross Blood Center on the citizens＇ degree of recognition and participation in blood donation services. Methods ＂ Reimbursement at the hospital＂, ＂ love card＂（ written by the donor and received by the donor） and third- party donation service satisfaction survey were provided in the new initiatives. Necessary data were collected in the form of questionnaires. Results From November 2012 to July 2014,777 donors received reimbursements at hospital in the sum of 393,559 RMB. In 2013,125 valid questionnaires were received,and a preliminary understanding was obtained regarding the situation on blood donor service satisfaction. Deficiencies in the services were identified and improvements were made accordingly. Through a series of new initiatives,the current and potential demands received praises from donors for providing satisfactory donor services. Conclusion Providing satisfactory blood donation services constitutes the key to achieve a healthy,stable and sustainable development of voluntary blood donation practice.
