Research on job burnout among staff in the blood banks of Shandong province

摘  要:目的了解山东省血站职工职业倦怠情况,探索预防和干预的途径。方法将MBI-GS量表制作成网页版调查问卷,以无记名方式,通过网络对全省18家血站在职职工进行调查。结果共收到有效问卷1626份,占在职职工总数的68.84%。工作状态良好1539人,占统计人数的94.65%;需自我心理调适83人,占5.10%;需离岗休整4人,占0.25%;没有需离职心理咨询的职工。需自我调适的人员中,31-40岁之间、离异、中专学历、工作年限6-10年、采血一线、科员或初级职称比例较高。分析职业倦怠的3个维度,不同年龄、性别、文化程度、工作年限、工作性质、职务职称、政治派别的职工成就感低落均有明显差异(P〈0.05),不同工作性质的职工情绪衰竭有明显差异(P〈0.05)。结论个人、组织和社会因素构成职业倦怠的影响因素,相应地,应从个体、组织和社会层面采取应对措施进行积极防范和有效干预。Objective To research the current situations on and prevention and intervention methods for job burnout among staff in blood banks of Shandong province. Methods Using MBI-GS scale questionnaire,general information were collected anonymously from service workers of eighteen blood banks of Shandong province on the Internet. Results 1626 valid questionnaires were collected,accounting for 68. 84% of the total. Among the surveyed,1539 people were in good working condition,accounting for 94. 65% of the total number of collected responses,but 83 people needed emotional adjustment,accounting for 5. 10%,4 people need to take leaves of absence for emotional adjustment,accounting for 0. 25%. None of the staff indicated the need for psychological counseling. Further study was undertaken on the staff that required emotional adjustment. The highest proportion of these staff predominantly consists of 31 to 41 years old,divorced,high school graduates with six to ten years of work experience,phlebotomists and clerks. Three dimensions within job burnout were studied: emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,reduced personal accomplishment. Staff of different ages have demonstrated significant differences in reduced personal accomplishment( P〈0. 05). Staff of different employment types have demonstrated significant differences in emotional exhaustion( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Stuff who have experienced burnout due to personal,organizational and social factors should accordingly take active measures on individual,organizational and social levels to prevent burnout.
