葆宫止血颗粒治疗产后恶露不绝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察葆宫止血颗粒治疗产后恶露不绝的临床疗效和安全性。方法：选择138例产后恶露不绝的患者,将其按照随机数字表法均分成两组。试验组患者给予葆宫止血颗粒,每次15 g,每日3次;对照组患者给予产复康颗粒,每次5 g,每日3次。两组患者均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗1~2个疗程。观察两组患者止血疗效、子宫复旧情况、中医证侯评分和疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后试验组患者止血总有效率、中医证侯评分以及中医有效率显著高于对照组,子宫体积显著小于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论：葆宫止血颗粒治疗产后恶露不绝疗效较好,具有活血行气、促进子宫缩复的功效,安全性也较好。OBJECTIVE：To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Baogong zhixue granules for postpartum lochia. METHODS：138 patients with postpartum lochia collected from our hospital were randomized into trial group（n=69）and control group（n=69）. Trial group was given Baogong zhixue granules 15 g each time,three times a day;control group was given Chanfukang granules,5 g each,three times a day. A treatment course of both groups lasted for 7 d,and both of them received 1-2 courses of treatment. The hematischesis effect,involution of uterus,TCM syndrome score and therapeutic efficacy,the occurrence of ADR were observed in 2 groups. RESULTS：The effective rate of hematischesis,TCM syndrome score and effective rate in trial group were significantly higher than in control group,while uterine size was significantly lower than control group;there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS：Baogong zhixue granules is effective for postpartum lochia,and shows the function of activating vital energy and blood circulation,and promoting uterine contraction with good safety.
