摘　　要：目的：了解丙泊酚注射液用于无痛人流术致不良反应（ADR）的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性分析方法,对2013年1月-2014年3月我院ADR监测中心收集到的68例丙泊酚注射液用于无痛人流术致ADR报告的相关情况进行统计和分析。结果：68例ADR患者的年龄绝大多数在18-32岁;ADR大多数发生在静脉推注药物后1 min;患者均主诉无ADR既往史及家族史,在药品使用方面只应用丙泊酚注射液进行手术麻醉,不存在联合用药的情况;累及器官/系统主要为皮肤及其附件损害和中枢及外周神经系统损害;患者经及时的抗休克、抗过敏治疗后均可痊愈。结论：临床使用丙泊酚注射液时应注意个体化给药,严格遵守操作规程,加强监测,及时处理、反馈和交流信息,从而减少其ADR发生,确保患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the characteristics and regularity of ADR induced by Propofol injection for painless artificial abortion,and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS：In retrospective investigation,68 cases of ADR induced by Propofol injection for painless artificial abortion collected by ADR Monitoring Center of our hospital from Jan.2013 to Mar. 2014 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS：68 ADR patients mostly aged 18 to 32 years old;most of ADR occurred within 1 min after intravenous push. No patients complained of past ADR history and family history. Only Propofol injection was used for surgery anesthesia. And there was no drug combination. Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendents and central and peripheral nervous system damage. Timely anti-allergic and anti-shock treatment was generally able to quickly relieve symptoms. CONCLUSIONS：Clinical physicians should pay more attention to individual administration,abide by the rules strictly,strengthen ADR monitoring and dispose,feed back and exchange the information in time so as to reduce the occurrence of ADR and ensure the safety of patients.
