复方阿胶浆总氮含量检测方法新探

摘　　要：目的:建立一种新的复方阿胶浆产品总氮含量的检测方法,提高检测效率及经济效益。方法:制作封闭式消化炉,采用封闭式消化,常量检测法进行总氮含量测定。结果:原方法用时0.8 h,每个工作日可检测10批样品;新方法用时为0.4 h,每个工作日可检测20批样品。结论:新方法稳定,检测数值准确,可有效提高样品检测效率及经济效益。Objective： To establish a method for determination of total nitrogen content of compound E-Jiao slurry products, to im-prove the detection efficiency and economic benefit.Methods： Enclosed furnace digestion, made by enclosed digestion, constant assay for determination of total nitrogen content.Results：The original method when using 0.8 h, each working-day can detect 10 batches;the new method for 0.4h, everyday can be detected in 20 batches of samples.Conclusion： The method is stable, accurate numerical detec-tion, which can effectively improve the detection efficiency and economic benefit.
