摘　　要：为促进构建合理的药品价格形成机制,逐渐解决药品价格虚高问题提供一些依据和建议。在我国20个物流企业进行问卷形式的调查,再结合查阅的期刊文章,从消费者、相关政府部门、制药企业、物流商、医疗机构等多个角度探析我国药品价格"虚高"现象的影响因素,并对这些因素进行深入分析。由于药品自身的特殊性,药品价格形成受到多种因素的影响,这些因素之间又有紧密的联系,医患之间信息不对称、药品流通效率低下、相关制度不健全等是造成药品价格机制失灵的主要问题。为政府调控药品价格,解决药价虚高问题提供一些依据和建议。对影响药品价格形成因素进行深入合理分析,提出解决药品价格虚高问题的建议和对策。In order to construct the formation mechanism of reasonable medicinal price, and provide some suggestion and advice about how to solve the inflated prices of medicines gradually. Conduct a questionnaire survey about twenty logistics company in our country, and combine the essays of the magazines which are referred, then can explore the influence factors about the high price of medicines form many angles, such as, consumer, relevant government depart- ments, pharmaceutical enterprises, shipment enterprises, medical institution. In addition, these faators are analyzed deeply. Owing to the particularity of the medicines itself, the medicinal price formation is affected by diverse factors which have close connection. The primal problems which are given rise to the drug price mechanism failure are asym- metric information between doctors and patients, low efficiency of drug distribution, related system is not perfect, and so on. Then can provide some evidences and recommendations for government regulation of drug prices, to solve the problems and hold the high prices. The factors affecting the formation of drug prices are reasonable analyzed deeply and propose correct and feasible suggestions and countermeasures to the problem of high drug prices.
