摘  要:目的探讨PDCA模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用价值。方法对PDCA模式应用前后,消毒供应中心各项管理进行评价,比较分析设备管理、环境管理、手术器械的清洗消毒质量及包装质量等评分结果。对比PDCA模式应用前后科室成员的工作效率与效果、清洗消毒包装合格率。结果 PDCA模式应用后消毒供应中心各项管理评分、科室工作人员的工作效率、学习的积极性及临床科室的满意度均较应用前有了显著提升(P<0.05);消毒供应中心在清洗及消毒质量管理方面也获得了明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用增强了管理质量监控体系的计划性与系统性,高效快速地提高了管理效能,对消毒供应中心管理工作的持续改进具有重要的应用价值。Objective To discuss the application value of PDCA quality improvement process in central sterile supply quality management. Methods Score results of device management, environmental management, cleaning quality surgical instruments, disinfection quality and packaging quality were compared before and after PDCA circle training. So were efficiency and effectiveness of the department members, pass rate of cleaning and disinfection and the cost of spending situation. Results Score results of central sterile supply quality management were significantly improved after PDCA circle training comparing with score results before PDCA circle training, work efficiency and enthusiasm for Learning of staff in central sterile supply department were higher after PDCA circle training than before, the differences were statistically significant(P 〈0.05). There was a significant increase in cleaning and sterilization quality management of central sterile supply department after PDCA circle training(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Management quality monitoring system in central sterile supply department became more planned and more systemic after PDCA circle training.PDCA circle is a fast and efficient way to improve the efficiency of central sterile supply quality management and it has important applications for continuous quality improvement in central sterile supply department.
