摘 要:我国是临床疾病医学研究样本的资源大国,但并不是创新大国,解决疾病防治领域的诸多问题迫切需要医学科技创新突破。现代医学创新突破需要基础与临床的整合,而整合的纽带就是实验动物,基础医学研究的转化应用和临床治疗的前期验证都要通过使用实验动物来研究实现。我国生物医药科技领域在国际竞争中必须依托标准的实验动物。本研究全面阐述了实验动物在生命科学、疾病机制、转化医学等创新研究中所发挥的不可替代的作用,并引申提出了为促进医学创新发展,规范并促进我国实验动物科学发展的建议,以期为实验动物在医学创新中发挥更重要的"桥接作用"提供依据。Our country is a leading nation of clinical and medical research resources, but not a big power of innova-tion. To solve the various problems in disease control and prevention, it is urgently needed to make new breakthrough in medical science and technology. Modern medical breakthrough innovation requires integration of basic and clinical medical sciences, and laboratory animals are just the bridging link of this integration. Both the translational application of basic medical research and the preliminary validation of clinical therapy are realized through laboratory animal stud-ies. In the international competition of biomedical science and technology, our works must be supported by qualified laboratory animals. In this article, we discuss the irreplaceable role of laboratory animals in researches of life science,disease pathogenesis, translational medicine, etc., and put forward our suggestions on standardization and promotion of the laboratory animal science to promote medical innovation and development in our country, in order to provide the basis for experimental animals in medical innovation to play a more important "bridging" effect.
