摘　　要：乳腺癌是成年女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,严重危害着女性健康。紫杉醇作为治疗乳腺癌的一线药物,具有显著的临床疗效。本文综述了抗癌药物紫杉醇在乳腺癌治疗中的临床应用进展,为今后乳腺癌的治疗提供一定的理论依据。Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor for adult female, which cause serious damage to the women＇s health. Paclitaxel as first-line drugs for breast cancer, has significant clinical effect. Anti-cancer drug pacli-taxel in the treatment of breast cancer was reviewed in this paper, which provide certain theoretical basis for the treat-ment of breast cancer in the future.
