摘 要:为给医药生物技术领域培养、输送具有实践能力和创新精神的应用型人才,进而与研究型大学的发展目标接轨,笔者根据医学院校生物技术专业的培养目标和教学计划要求,从实验课程设置和实验教学内容等方面进行了探索,提出了医学院校生物技术专业生命科学自主实验课程教学改革的基本方案。通过自主实验课程体系的构建,激发学生的主动学习热情,拓展专业知识领域,加强实践与创新能力,使学生在基本技能、综合能力、创新精神等方面得到充分训练,为学生在生物技术及相关学科领域的研究及就业奠定基础。本文介绍了其实施过程及取得的效果。In order to cultivate and delivery application-oriented talents with practical ability and innovative spirit for pharmaceutical biotechnology field, and line with the development goal of research university, according to the biotech-nology professional training objectives and teaching plan requirements in medical university, the authors explore from experimental curriculum setting and experimental teaching contents, etc., then put forward the basic scheme of life sci-ence independent experiment teaching reform for biotechnology major in medical university. Through the construction of independent experimental curriculum system, stimulate students' active learning enthusiasm, expand professional knowledge, strengthen the practice and innovation ability, so to make students get sufficient training in basic skills, comprehensive ability and innovative spirit, etc. Finally, lay the foundation for students' study and employment in biotechnology and related fields. This paper introduces the implementing process and the effect achieved.
