摘  要:通过试验确定了溶样酸、过硫酸铵、草酸、偶氮氯膦Ⅲ等试剂的最佳用量,分析了波长、显色液放置时间以及共存离子的影响,对操作过程中的一些注意事项进行了说明.结果表明:不分离基体而直接溶解试样后显色,测定铸铁和铸钢中稀土总量的分光光度法快速、简便、准确.样品的加标回收率97.0%~ 101.0%,相对标准偏差(n=5)1.52%.The optimum volume of acid dissolving sample, ammonium persulfate, oxalic acid and chlorophosphonazo III were determined by test. The effects of wavelength, working time of developing solution and coexisting ions were analyzed, and some considerations in operation process were explained. The results show that the spectrophotometry to test total rare earth in cast iron and steel, which is no separation sample and the coloration after dissolving directly, is rapid, simple and accurate. The standard addition recovery of samples is from 97.0% to 101.0%, and the relative standard deviation (n=5) is 1.52%.
