新型中药保护套对口腔专科锐利器械保护的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨新型中药保护套对口腔专科锐利器械保护的效果。方法针对口腔诊疗器械临床使用的特点,将200件口腔专科锐利器械随机分为对照组和观察组各100件。对照组采用纱布、纸片对口腔专科锐利器械进行保护;观察组采用新型中药保护套进行保护,即采用纸塑包装纸经过中药药液浸泡处理后制作而成。比较2组外包装刺破及爆裂、锐器损坏、职业暴露情况,并观察2组锐利器械的安全性。结果观察组外包装刺破及爆裂、锐器损坏、职业暴露情况少于对照组。2组锐利器械生物监测均为阴性;在细菌培养方面,观察组未发现细菌,而对照组2件锐利器械发现非致病菌;观察组未发现微粒残留,而对照组3件锐利器械发现微粒残留。结论新型中药保护套可视性强,可节省医生挑选器械的时间,减少职业暴露,使用安全。Objective To investigate the effects of protective sleeve of traditional Chinese medicine for stomatological sharp instruments protection.Methods According to the characteristics of oral medical instruments in stomatology department,200 sharp instruments were randomly divided into observation group（n=100）and control group（n=100）.The control group used the gauze and paper for the protection of sharp instruments,and the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine protective sleeve for stomatological sharp instruments.The traditional Chinese medicine protective sleeve was made from paper plastic packing bag after soaking treatment with traditional Chinese medicine liquid.The rates of piercing the outer packing,sharp instruments damage and occupation exposure of 2groups were compared.Results The rates of piercing the outer packing,sharp instruments damage and occupation exposure in the observation group were less than that in the control group.The biological monitoring results of 2groups were negative.After bacterial culture,none sharp instrument in the observation group found bacteria and granular residue.Two sharp instruments in the control group found bacteria and three sharp instruments found granular residue.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine protective sleeve is visibility and safe,it can save the equipment selected time,reduce occupation exposure.
