摘　　要：目的:全面收集并分析网状Meta分析(NMA)文献,为我国今后NMA的撰写和投稿提供参考。方法:检索PubMed数据库获取NMA文献,检索时间为2002年1月至2014年3月31日。用Excel软件建立数据提取表,提取数据并进行分析整理。结果:在检索获取的586篇NMA文献中,2002至2006年间发表NMA数量小于10篇,自2007年开始,发文数量呈迅速上升趋势,特别是2011年以后的这种增长趋势更为明显;586篇NMA文献分布在224种期刊上,被SCI收录的期刊187种,占期刊总数的83.48%,刊载的NMA数量为88.40%;共有3197位作者参与NMA的撰写,97.81%的作者只撰写1篇NMA,50%以上的NMA来自英国和美国;在中国,台北市发表NMA数量最多。结论:通过对NMA文献的发表数量、期刊分布、作者情况和涉及病种等方面进行分析,了解NMA国内外发表现状,为我国今后NMA的撰写和投稿提供参考。Objective：To collect and analyze comprehensive network Meta-analysis （NMA） literature,provide a reference for our future NMA writing and submission .Methods： We searched PubMed database access to NMA literature retrieval time for the January 2002~March 31, 2014, and established a data extraction sheet using Excel software , data extraction and analysis finishing .Results：In the re-trieval of the documents of the NMA 586, between 2002~2006 published NMA number was less than 10, since 2007, issued a document number was rising rapidly , especially after 2011, this growth trend is more obvious;586 NMA literature distributed on 224 journals, 187 kinds of journals indexed by SCI , accounting for 83.48%of the total journals , which published the number of NMA was 88.40%;total of 3197 NMA authors involved in writing , and 97.81%of the authors only write an NMA , more than half of the NMA from the UK and the U . S.;in China, Taipei was the largest number .Conclusion：Through the analysis of the number of published literature on the NMA , periodi-cals distribution, involving the analysis of the situation and other aspects of disease , we could understand NMA published the status quo , and provide a reference for our future NMA writing and submission .
