益肾壮阳膏药效学研究分析

摘　　要：目的:对益肾壮阳膏药效学进行研究和总结,以期为中药新药研发提供参考。方法:选用多种动物模型,对雄性去势大鼠的阴茎勃起功能、雄性大鼠交配能力、实验性肾阳虚动物(大鼠、小鼠)的性腺器官大小和免疫功能进行实验研究。结果:益肾壮阳膏对去势引起的大鼠阴茎勃起功能障碍有明显的恢复作用、对正常大鼠的交配能力有一定的增强作用、对阳虚大鼠的性腺器官指数降低有一定的恢复作用,对阳虚小鼠的免疫功能有明显的增强作用,对阳虚小鼠的体重有一定的恢复作用。结论:益肾壮阳膏有一定的壮阳、免疫增强和增加阳虚动物体重的作用。Objective：To study and summarize the pharmacodynamic of Yi Shen Zhuang Yang cream , and to promote the innovative re-search of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：Some animal models were selected in this article , experimental research were done on the erectile function of castrated rat , mating ability of male rat , genital organ size of experimental animal （ small and big rat ） with deficient kid-ney and their immunity.Results： The results showed that Yi Shen Zhuang Yang Cream has helped with recovery of erectile dysfunction （ ED） of castrated rat , enhanced the mating ability of normal rat , in some way restored the lowered index of genital organs of the rat with deficient kidney , enhanced the immunity of small rat with deficient Yang and increased the weight of small rat with deficient Yang .Conclusion：It is concluded that Yi Shen Zhuang Yang Cream could enhance the Yang , immunity and weight of animals with Yang deficiency.
