摘　　要：依立雄胺是一种非竞争性2型5-α还原酶抑制剂,在治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)方面有显著疗效,能显著缩小前列腺体积,增加最大尿流率,减少残余尿量,且无严重不良反应。现拟对依立雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效性及安全性作一综述,以期为BPH临床治疗方案的选择提供理论和实践依据。Epristeride is a non-competitive inhibitors of type 2 5-αreductase which has a significant effect in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （ BPH）.It can significantly reduce prostate volume , increase maximum urinary flow rate and reduce residual urine volume, and has no serious adverse reactions.This article would have briefly reviewed the efficacy and safety of epristeride for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia .
