摘　　要：远程医疗的快速发展是深化我国医疗卫生体制改革的迫切需求,随着我国网络建设与信息技术的快速发展,相关政策的逐步完善,远程医疗所需的基础条件已经初步具备,随之相对应的法律保障是值得关注的。从远程医疗发展的技术、政策以及医疗伦理范畴研究我国远程医疗发展存在的法律问题和障碍,并分别给出了相对应的化解策略。The rapid development of telemedicine is the urgent need to deepen the reform of Chinese healthcare system. With the rapid development of network construction and information technology,and gradual improvement of relevant policies in China,the basic condition for telemedicine has formed,which needs to be ensured by laws. The problems of development of telemedicine were analyzed from technology,policy and healthcare ethics. Based on which,some countermeasures were put forward.
