摘　　要：人货两用电梯是一种新型建筑机械设备,近年来得到了较为广泛的应用,弥补了传统塔吊的诸多不足,因此确保建筑人货两用电梯的安全可靠运行就尤为重要。本文从人货两用电梯的设备安全装置、安全防护措施、监理控制程序、监理工作细则、使用与保养共五个方面,提出了质量控制方法和监理实施要点,供同行们参考借鉴。People and goods dual-purpose elevator widely used in recent years is a new type of construction machinery and equipment, which make up for the deficiencies of conventional crane. It is very important to ensure the safe and reliable operation of dual-purpose elevator. This article proposes the quality control method and the implementation of supervision form contains equipment safety device, safety protection measures, supervision and control procedures, supervision rules, use and maintenance, which may offer a reference for colleagues.
