依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化的效果。方法将212例H型高血压(Hcy>10μmol/L)合并颈动脉粥样硬化(颈动脉彩超显示有动脉内膜中层增厚或有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块)的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组110例,对照组102例,分别给予依那普利叶酸片和依那普利片,均连续治疗12个月,比较两组治疗前后血压控制水平、血Hcy水平、颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果两组治疗前后的血压值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后的血压值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗前后的血Hcy水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后的血Hcy水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗前后的颈动脉内膜中层厚度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后的颈动脉内膜中层厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压效果显著,可以降低血压水平及血Hcy水平,并可控制动脉粥样硬化的进展,从而降低心血管疾病的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril folic acid tablets in the treatment of H-hypertension com-bined with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 212 patients with H-hypertension （Hcy〉10μmol/L）and carotid atheroscle-rosis（carotid artery intima-media ultrasound showed a thickening or carotid atherosclerotic plaques）were selected and randomly divided into experimental group（110 patients）and control group（102 patients）.Enalapril folic acid tablets were used in experimental group,enalapril tablets were applied in control group,all patitents were treated for 12 months of continuous therapy.The level of blood pressure,blood Hcy level,carotid intima-media thickness in two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively. Results The blood pressure of two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the blood pressure of two groups was compared, with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.There was statistical difference of blood Hcy before and after treatment in experi-mental group （P〈0.01）,but that of control group had no statistical difference （P＆gt;0.05）.There was statistical difference of carotid intima-media thickness before and after treatment in experimental group （P〈0.05）,but that of control group had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril folic acid tablets in the treatment of H-hypertension has signifi-cant effect,can decrease the level of blood pressure and Hcy,and also control the progress of atherosclerosis,thereby re-duce the incidence rate of cardiovascular disease.
