摘  要:煤层瓦斯含量是煤与瓦斯突出矿井区域措施效果检验的重要参数之一,而目前我国大多数突出矿井采掘工作面经预抽煤层瓦斯后进行瓦斯含量测定时,采用孔口接粉的方式采集煤样,往往导致采样时间不满足相关标准要求,测定结果的准确性和可靠程度偏低。基于此现状,开发研制了深孔定点快速取样装置,通过在河南某矿己15煤层24080回采工作面区域措施效果检验中的考察试验,与孔口接粉的取样方法进行了对比,考察结果表明,深孔定点快速取样时间小于5 min,上向孔最大取样深度达93 m、下向孔最大取样深度达75 m,实现了回采工作面大孔深快速取样,基于深孔定点快速取样的瓦斯含量测定结果的准确性和可靠性更高。Gas content of coal seam is one of the important parameters of regional raeasures effect teat in outburst mines. However, at present, when gas content of coal seam is tested after drainage in most of mining work:faces in outburst mines in China, coal sample is taken by the way of orifice by powd.er, which could often lead to sampling time not to meet zdevant standards, further lead to the lower reliability and accuracy of the testing results. So, the deep hole fixed- point fast sampiing technology and device is developed, which could be applied in zegionul raeasures effect teat in working face 24080 of coal seam JI- 15th in one mine of Henan province. Compared with the sarapling method of orifice by powder, the test resuits show that time of the deep hole fixed - point fast sampfing is less than 5 minutes, the maximum sampling depth of upward holes could reach 93 meters and the maximum sampling depth of underhand holes could reach 75 meters, so the sampiing technology and device has realized fast sampling of big deep holes in working faces and the gas content testing results based on the deep hole fast sampling technology and device can be more accurate and reliable.
