摘 要:探讨棉短绒率快速测试方法。阐述了当前棉短绒率几类测试方法的原理和存在的缺陷与不足。提出一种新的棉花短绒率快速测试方法并设计出相应的测试仪器,分析了其测试原理,并与国家标准棉样进行了测试对比分析。结果表明,两者测试结果高度相关。认为,该方法继承了罗拉式长度分析仪测试原理清晰的优点,克服了手工测试误差大、时间长的缺点,具有较高的测试准确度,大大提高了检测效率,降低了试验人员的劳动强度。该测试方法为准确测试棉短绒率并在商业上推广短绒率指标提供了可能性。Quick test method of cotton short fiber content was discussed. Principle and disadvantage of current test methods for cotton short fiber content were explained. A new cotton short fiber content quick test method was put forward and test equipment was also designed. Its test principle was analyzed. Comparison test analysis with national standard cot- ton sample was done. The result shows that the two test results are highly correlated. It is considered that the advantage like clear test principle of roller length analyzer is inherited by this method. The shortcomings as more error and costing longer time of manual testing are overcome. Higher testing accuracy is obtained. Testing efficiency is greatly improved and labor intensity of testing operators is reduced. Possibility of testing short fiber content accurately and commercially promoting short fiber content index is provided by this method.
