摘　　要：探讨在FA502型细纱机上安装竹节纱装置纺制竹节纱的生产工艺及技术要点。在FA502型细纱机上安装微电脑控制竹节纱装置,由伺服电机带动中、后罗拉按工艺要求进行变速转动,满足竹节纱的生产条件。通过合理配置细纱工序前罗拉速度、牵伸工艺、卷绕工艺,根据竹节纱节长、节距、节粗的要求,顺利纺制出C 14.6 tex竹节纱。认为在纺制竹节纱的过程中,应根据竹节纱规格合理设置细纱工艺,才能使所纺竹节纱达到使用要求。Production processing and technology key points of producing C 14.6 tex slub yarn were discussed. Microcomputer control slub yarn device was installed on FA502 spinning frame. Middle and back roller driven by servo motor were variable speed rotation according to the technology requirements, production conditions of slub yarn were satisfied. Through reasonable configuration of front roller speed in spinning process, drafting process, winding process, in accordance with requirement of slub length, slub distance, slub multiple, C 14.6 tex slub yarn can be successfully spun. It is considered that use requirements can be reached through reasonable configuration spinning technology in spinning slub process.
